After completing a form, and having a Zoom call, she quickly prepared an incredible completely customized itinerary. It’s in a PDF form with links to EVERYTHING she recommends — even to hotels with the correct dates at the link.
It is so easy to use, and offers many access points to get the information. It’s hard to explain how beautifully this is presented and how valuable this information is. Plus, Linda is the nicest person to work with, and is super responsive. We’re not done yet — for when I wrote to thank her she told me that she will provide Google maps of all the routes between hotels and sites. What a service! I can’t recommend her highly enough. The process of my customized travel planning for you
Step 1: Click on Book your customized Piedmont itinerary and follow the booking process
Step 2: Follow the instruction you will find on the booking confirmation page. You will be asked to send me some more information on your plans and ideas via email. This way, I can prepare for our phone call and not “waste” your time (and money).
Step 3: Individual conversation by phone or Zoom call
Step 4: If you have booked a customized Piedmont itinerary, you will receive that latest one week after our phone call if we do not agree to something else.
Step 5: If necessary, I will make small adjustments to your itinerary.
Step 6: Book your accommodations, excursions, rental car etc. through the links I sent you.
Step 7: Enjoy your stay in Piedmont!
Disclaimer
- I do not make any bookings on your behalf, as I am not a travel agent. However, in your final itinerary (PDF) I will include links to all accommodations, tours, and services that I recommend.
- I do not make restaurant recommendations. As a vegetarian with little demands on food, except that it must taste, restaurants are not my area of expertise. I advise only on my areas of expertise!
- The same (as above) applies to small children. I don’t have any, and I don’t know anything about them. Accordingly, I do not create travel plans that are supposed to be tailored to small children.
- Please note that I cannot provide emergency assistance during your holidays in Piedmont. Of course, I will do my best to answer all questions beforehand.
- If you are unable to make your trip or cancel it for whatever reason, you will not get your money back for the itinerary.
- The data you provide me with will be used exclusively for the creation of your customized itinerary. I will keep this information until after your trip, just in case further questions arise.
